We have gone round and round with AT&T trying to get this charge removed from our account but they say they can't because we cannot furnish them with our account number!! We don't know the flipping ACCOUNT number but we do know our name, email, phone number, etc. but they cannot seem to manage to proceed with any of that information. Yet they seem to have no problem charging us $25 each month. So ridiculous it is laughable!!

I bought an iPad in Augusta GA, after setting up everything, there was a issue with the iPad and I returned it after one day. I have never used this service!

I've trying to log in to my account to cancel this service and something didn't work - it keeps giving me an error. I called AT&T about it and they said they would cancel my data plan. It's on an iPad that I don't use anymore.
