I never authorized this charge and it showed up on my credit card. I have called the number 10 times and left messages and no one ever gets back to me.

DO NOT USE. TRIED TO CAMCEL RESERVATION TO CHANGE DATES AND NOT ONLY DID THEY TELL ME THEY KEEPING MY $35 DEPOSIT I COULDN'T FIND MY RESERVATION ON THE ACTUALLY HOTEL SITE AND REBOOKED WITH THE ACTUALLY HOTEL FOR NO DEPOSIT NEEDED. SCAM AND I WILL BE WATCHING TO SEE IF THEY TAKE ANYTHING ELSE OUT MY ACCOUNT. six FLAGS SHOULD BE ASHAME USING THEM TO HELP BOOK VISITORS. FYI IF IT SAYS ARES ANYTHING JUST GO DIRECTLY TO HOTEL WEBSITE AND BOOK.

I bought tickets for Knott's Scary Farm and they never emailed them to me and they said it was non-refundable. Do not buy anything from this company!!

On 11/06/17 my credit card was charged $424.83 for a reservation AON2624725 for 6/01/17-6/04/17. Today in calling the hotel to cancel, they say that they have no record of getting paid. I am requesting a refund.

02/24/14 ARES HOTELS AND TICKETS . LOCATION 6192380900, CA CHARGED 463.27 ON MY BANK OF AMERICA VISA CARD. IM ON PAPERLESS STATEMENT THATS WHY I JUST NOTICED IT NOW. I NEVER BEEN IN CALIFORNIA, NEVER DID MADE THIS PURCHASE.

Guarantee Policy: CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE
Tax Information: Not Included
Msg From Hotel: 1 KING BED NON-SMOKING ROOM WITH FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST FREE --NK1--WI-FI AND REFRIGERATOR FIT TOUR OPERATOR ONLY

This is the email they sent me after I questioned the charges to my card on 4/4/13. So there is a conflict of the terms and the customer thinks they are making the reservation with the hotel but in reality they are not.
This is a misrepresentation and I didn't authorize the charges.

The policies are different,which are stated in the terms and conditions of the reservation. This is a pre paid reservation, you have 3 days or more prior to arrival to cancel with a $25 cancellation fee. If canceled after the deadline. We also keep the first night. All that is on the website before you complete the booking. Did you want us to cancel this for you? Please let us know at your earliest convenience. You may also call us direct at 800-961-3119.

On March 14 there was an unauthorized charge to my Visa in the amount of $973.00, at 18:31 CST. This charge is the result of identity theft. As of this moment, the charge has not cleared, and my bank and visa have already been notified, so if they do clear the charge, it will be reversed.

Me too, BART ticket round trip from the airport at SFO, bought online before I flew there, yeah it really should/could be clearer

my name is john gregory and on jan 31st 2013 i tried to book a room with this service at the westin hotel in columbus ohio. and the transaction did not go through because of insuffeciant funds and i called your service number and the woman assured me it would not be reproccessed and that i had nothing to worry about. and then you ended up running it again and getting it approved i have stpped payment and filed a fraud claim with visa and had to change my card and account because of this i hope we can resovle this matter with no problems and speedy servive , thank you john gregory
