On 10/1/2014 I used Arco Paypoint on Balboa Ave @ pump 6 & was charged twice for my gas.

I used the pay point machine to out gas this morning. The machine flashed "ONE MOMENT" then after 2 minutes flashed "BILL JAMMED". I immediately went in to advise the 2 clerks and they were RUDE as heck and advised me they were not responsible. I not only did not get my $$ back I left with an empty gas tank!! I refuse to pay to use my debit card ANYWHERE!!

SATURDAY I WENT RO ARCO ON 2190 CARROLL & THORNTON TO GET GAS I USED THE PAYPOINT MACHINE AND PUT $20 IN MY TANK THE NEXT DAY I GOT AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE OF $101.00 AND I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK.

i bought gas at ARCO on mission st. in san francisco for $48.79. now that i check my bank statements, i see an additional charge immediately after that for $50.63.

ON 9/21/2012 I BOUGHT GAS AT THE ARCO GAS STATION AT CRENSHAW BLVD AND JEFFERSON FOR A TOTAL OF $25.35 AND PAID WITH MY DEBIT CARD. WHEN I RECEIVED MY BANK STATEMENT I HAVE A DOUBLE BILLING FOR THE SAME AMOUNT.
