I freaked when I saw this charge on my card, not knowing what it was. But It was my donation to the AMERICAN RED CROSS.

The charge is likely from the American Red Cross. I called the 800 number on my MC statement and they answered. If you gave a donation in that amount, on or around the date of the charge, that should explain things. It was the ARC - "Services/Training" component that initially threw me off.

On my current credit card bill I had a charge for $30.00 on the date of 11-14-12. This charge was not authorized by myself or the other card holder on this account. I would need this charge credited.

There was an unknown credit card charge for $200.00. The Transaction description was ARC*Services/Training. I do not recognize this charge. Can you tell me who the merchant was.
