I gave my granddaughter the ITunes.com present as part of her Christmas present. And everything went well, until I received my statement and was charged twice for $14.14 on 12/27/16 and again on 1/9/17 plus $9.99 on 12/27/16 a total of $38.27. I am also shocked to see other customers being charged at different amounts and reporting compliants. I have called the number 1-866-712-7753 - which is only a recording and no human being on the other end. This is unacceptable and I want to be reimbursed and close out my account.

i have no idea what that is or where it came from , i wouldn't ever purchase something dealing with apple for that much amount of money

I have 3 charges I did not make causing my checking account to go into over draft I'm very pissed off excuse my language. I'm out of work can not afford this.. $50,30 I want this money refunded please 6/1 $8.24 6/10 $28.04 6/18 $14.02 I HAVE CALLED THE BANK AND STOPPED THIS CARD.

I did not authorize the purchases on my credit card listed as APL*ITunes.com for $10.59 and it has been going on for at least 4 months now. How do I get this STOPPED.

I'm going to report a fraud against you people for taking money out of my checking account without my knowledge. I want $2.12 and $1.38 put back into my checking account right know.

I have been able to trace small amounts to my credit card since April of 1013. It started at $20.00 at that time and has been small amounts consistently since then- monthly. Boy do I feel bad!

I was charged on October 10, 2016 twice for the amount of 19.54 . I was charged on September, 30, 2016 for the amount of 19.54... I was also charged on September 25, 2016 for the amount of 9.76 .... I have never even purchased anything on iTunes , and never gave my credit card information... I contacted my credit card company --- informed them of fraud --- they blocked my credit card , and they are sending me a new one , and they send a request for dispute ...
