I have two charges one for 54.86 and one for 21.87 both dated for 9/25/17 that I did not charge and do not allow to be charged. I need to know what this is about/for.

I have charged ebooks from my iPad. Every charge I approved on my screen was for either $1.99 or $.99, but the charges I see on my Chase statements for April and May are for $5.39, $6.21, $9.37, $8.28. (I didn't check back farther.) Why are these charges so much more than I approved and such odd amounts? How can I purchase a book at the approved price?
