charge on my credit card bill dated 3/30/23 from Apex Online Supply, phone 800-213-8110. I called the number to find out what I was charged for. I got a CS rep after about 15 minutes. I asked her to identify my purchase. Just as she was about to "pull it up," we got disconnected. I called back and have been on hold waiting on a CS rep for 18 minutes now. I finally took the option they were incessantly offering: to get a call back when an agent is available. I don't believe I'm going to get that call. I tried their web page and their customer service e-mail that I found online (3rd party website) and both are non-existent.
