I requested over phone a month ago to cancel my subscription. Today 03/28/2013 another payment was charged to my Chase credit card account. I am requesting a credit made back to my card immediately!

I did the ancestry.com free trial 2 months ago, I canceled the account before the trial ended so I would not get charged. They charged me two times for $34.95 each.

I never signed up for a membership. The only time I got on Ancestry.com was over a year ago and I canceled the trial subscription.

I signed onto Ancestry.com on a one time basis over a year ago. No authorization for automatic renewal was agreed to my me. Please reimburse my credit card and remove any information on me from the company. Request notification of process. Thank You

I do not even know who ANC Ancestry is! I was in flight on an overseas trip at the time of the unauthorised deduction from my account.

Same day I tried to use your service, I email to cancel as your service could not help me in anyway! Refund the purchase amount. You gave a seven day free trial & I was there less than an hour & told you to cancel.
