I never ordered from Ana Deal of the Day. How do I recoup the charge and since I see 83 other complaints, what is being done about the deception?

This appeared on my Visa bill for $39. I have no idea what it is. But, at my age, I can barely remember last Thursday, so it's possible I did order something for $39. If so, I haven't received it, whatever it is. I have my doubts about the validity of the transaction.

My credit card co. told me that a phone number is associated with the transaction. 858.509.4796. When I call it, I get Analog Analytics. But it's the weekend, and nobody's there.

When checking my statement, I came across this charge. To my knowledge I did not authorize this charge or know where is came from.

I was looking on my banking statement and saw this amount deducted and I did not know what it was for so I typed "ANAdeal of the day" and this came up so I am wondering how/why this amount was taken out as I do not remember have been ask if I want any amount taken out. Thank you I look forward to clearing this up.

I had this same type of charge. Mine came from tickets I bought from a deal site (similar to groupon) named ClickedIn San Antonio. Hope this is helpful to you.
