Just got off the phone with customer service. They are telling me they have MY CARD on someone else's account. They can not tell me who it nor can they remove my card even though I am telling them no one else has authorization to use my card. They told me to get with my bank to dispute and request them to issue a new card.

You have been charging $14.99 a month for Amazon Prime on my mothers account since Spring. She would not have enrolled in this because she was on Hospice care with not long to live. She passed away on 9/08/22. This needs to be refunded and stopped ASAP. Why can I not locate a telephone number to contact you directly?

I'm unemployed and don't have money coming in to the house so please cancel my prime video. You took out a payment and that is all I had left. So put my money back and cancel my prime video.

I have an unauthorized charge in the amount of $15.98 from Amzn.com/billWA transmission date 10/11/2022 posted to credit card 10/12/2022.
