We were charged with an amount of $12.83 for Prime video channelsamzn.com/billWA. This is not a legitimate charge.

For sume reason I am unable to connect to my account. Have tried many times and was told my phone number is lost so can't get code. Don't know what happened. Now I am being charged for merchanidise I never bought and there could not have returned so I am expected to pay for. I am tired of all the crap I have put up with. Haven't been able to address it with any one who speaks english clearly. I wish to cancel the amazone prime, ne sense in having it when I can't even get it my to see my own accounr. I will order from Walmart and Sams Club from now on. So do not send my any more fraud bills to with draw from my account. Send me a letter or email to contact me I no longer trust any on the phone. been charged $23.92 FOR ABOUT 12 MONTHS NOW . HAVE NO ACCOUNT. $23.92 PER MONTH NOT GOOD.

I was charged $148.38 on Jan. 12, 2023. I don't have Amazon prime. How do I get this put back into my checking account?

Do not have a charge account with Amazon Prime. Don't know where this is coming from. Debit card is being charged for something I know I am not using. Been going on for several months---HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Been charged $14.99 for each month of June, July, August and September on my credit card. Have no idea want this charge is for. Do not have an amazon account. Want to cancel this charge and have my payments returned.
