ho fatto 2 acquisti su amazon, una cover e un vetro temperato, guardando il mio conto corrente ho scoperto che e stato effetuato un pagamento di 9,99 € a nome di AMAZON *MKTPLCE , EU-IT 800-279-6620 senza il mio consenso, esigo di avere il rimborso della somma sudetta se no faro apello alle autorita competenti.

Sulla mia carta di credito mi trovo addebitata la somma di € 58,87 da amazon *mktplce eu-it 800-279-6620 e poi ancora € 46,99. Come posso fare per contattare amazon e chiedere spiegazioni?

Chi vi ha autorizzato a prelevarmi 10,94 euro per PAGAMENTO ON LINE 24/11/2016 23.13 Amazon *Mktplce EU-IT 800-279-6620 LU N. 640189, prego rimborsare immediatamente, altrimenti mi vedrò costretto a rivolgermi alle autorità competenti denunciando il furto. grazie

I have noticed that an unauthoized transaction for EUR17.6 has been removed from my account. I have checked my Amazon.co.it account and there are no outstanding orders and there is nothing there in the recent order for EUR. Therefore, I have reported the matter to my bank who are now dealing with it as FRAUD and involving the Police.
