WENT ON AMOZON & REPORTED TO THEM I DIDN'T GET IT AND THEY SAID ANOTHER WOULD COME AND LET THEM KNOW WHEN IT DOES. THAT WAS THE LAST I HEARD FROM YOU. GOT THE BILL ON MY VISA FOR $31.76 FOR 7-9-13. PLEASE CONTACT ME SOON. FOR MY REFUND.

I've been charged $39.94 per month for the past 3 months since I cancelled Amazon Prime. These charges are fraudulent, and I am at a loss as to how to stop them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. G

A payment of $24.61 was taken out of my account for about 2 months or more ago...I have to go to my bank to see if more as i had surgery, and i don't have a payment account with this company... AMAZONMKTPLACEPMTSAMZN.COM/BILL for $24.61! a month! - this will and must stop now! I am headed to my bank today to stop this!

Didn't charge 88.99 to my visa card. I feel this charge is a scam. I would like to know how to correct this charge. Do i have to close my Amazon account? I have no idea how the charges were added to my account!

If it's something along the lines of a 1.00 charge that is pending than that is just a simple check to make sure the card is valid, That charge will go away in a few days. As in it wont actually come out of your account.
