I keep getting a reoccurring charge of $14.99 from 04/19/2018 Amazon Digital Svcs 88 Seattle Wa 1 $14.99 Authorization Pending I always thought it was something my kids or husband were purchasing, but no, it is not. How can I get this stopped?

I thought the charge was for Amazon Prime until I got a note tablet and tried to watch Amazon Prime on it and was unable. I checked on line for information for Amazon digital service...well do not own a Kindle nor do I use Kindle on my phone, tablet, or laptop. Where did Amazon get my credit card number? And Amazon does NOT have my authorization to the credit card. Amazon has been charging me $10.66 since July of 2017.

I received a charge twice for $9.00 to my account!! This is ridiculous! It needs to stop right now! I called my bank the first time thought it was resolved, but then I got charged yesterday from the same company for the same amount! How do you stop it?

we have called the cc company , they said call amazon , amazon cant find the account for which the card is charged, and wanted me to put his card on my account to verify info, no way . 11.97 . we called and canceled card and still charged on the new card. so now we close the account. thanks Scammers

These are almost always because people signed up for free trials associated with a product and never read the details. The free trial ended and they started getting billed. Amazon has awesome customer service, and they will cancel the charge even though 99 percent of the time it's the customer's fault.

Guarantee you signed up for a trial along with some purchase you made and didn't read the fine print. Those free trials always convert to a paid service if you don't cancel. Unfortunately so many people who order online are not tech-savvy at all.

Charge of 9.99 appeared on credit card. I didn't order anything, and not aware of any Memberships, Subscriptions, Plans etc. Checked with my family too. I called the Credit card company, and they reversed the charges, and also put a permanent block on charges from 'Amazon Digital Services'. This will allow the Amazon purchases to go through, but the ADS will be blocked from charging my CC. Some people mentioned that Kindle Services so called Kindle Unlimited, will take your CC and start charging after a year of subscription date.

Yup, you signed up for a trial and never canceled. You'll claim it was fraud, but it's your fault because you never read what you signed up for.

The charge named Amazon Digital Svcs 866-216-1072 WA for $9.99 appeared on my credit card statement. This is a fraud charge - I immediately disputed it! When I receive the dispute letter from Citibank, I will complete the letter, return it and cancel the credit card. Be very careful with Amazon and check your Credit Card statements for fraudulent charges.

I got this message”Debit Purchase -visa Amazon Digital S866-216-1072wa” on my account on 1/07/016 and I was charged $9.48. I did not make any transaction with Amazon on that date checking my order records and I did not recieve any notification of such an order in my mail. I do not know why money is being deducted from my account without my making any purchase. I had to delete my Credit card information from my Amazon Account to forestall a repeat of such episode.

Amazon definitely has a transparency issue. Their reading offshoot Kindle Unlimited also has major disclosure issues. I rate myself as pretty clued up about reading the fine print but Amazon Kindle Unlimited still got me with a sneaky $ 9.99 per month charge to my credit card to read their books. Because the amount is the same as my book price I overlooked it for a couple of months. The subscription charge is buried somewhere in their small print. Maybe legal but questionable at every level. Their credit card charge is outright misleading: AMAZONDIGITALSVCS 866-216-1072WA ##0715 9.99 US DOLLAR Record Shop!!! Complain and go to my Amazon and find Kindle Unlimited where you can stop the subscription. Sneaky pishing scam by a huge corporation. Tell your bank to reverse the charge. Where are the class action lawyers when you need them? Surly Amazon would be well worth going after.

For 2 months in a row now a charge of $10.83 for this Amazon Digital Svcs866-216-1072WA has shown up on a credit card that has NEVER been linked to Amazon. I'm getting in touch with them today about it because there is nothing in my orders matching up either.
