I have 4.99 taken out of my husbands account every mouth I or my husband has not approved It and we don!t know what it is for.

I did not order amazon digital service I happen to looking at my bank statement and saw where they a payment out for 4.99 I thought maybe It was for using the premium channel but my neice has amazon too and she use the premium channel and they didn't charge here anything so What going on thank for your help

I don't even know what this service is supposed to do for me, but I do know I did not sign up for it and Amazon is taking $9.99 every month for it out of my account and I am not happy about it. This is my second notice to you and you have done nothing to correct the problem. I'm trusting I will receive notice from you immediately that you plan to correct this and get the two payments back into my account .

I did not order this transaction, don't even know what it's used for; however, on 4/6/15 and 5/6/15 $9.99 was taken from my account having used my debit card number. I'm not real happy about this problem and would appreciate having the money put back in my account. I have done a lot of buying from Amazon, and would like for that association to continue.
