I have three charges on my charge that I do not recognize I need to now what these were for. the numbers are US*M130X8HFOAmzn.com/billWA for $ 33.49': Amazon.com*M186C6820Amzn.com/bill WA for $388.28 and Amazon.com*M15J1802Amazn.com/billWA for $104.94 I do not believe these are mine. Please notify me with the information on these charges ASAP My phone # is 770 355 1890 Thank you for your assistance in clearing up this matter. Judy Brewer

i was billed 14.99 on 07/10 amazon digital svcs amzn.com/bill WA order #D01-8575090-7555469 i dont know what this is for nothing shows as being ordered on my amazon acct.

I received a late fee charge of 11.72 but it does not show for what. You would think you would get an email saying it would be late. I do not know what I have that is late. I am upset because that means some one has my credit card information and can try and randomly charge my card. I want an explanation and my information removed. If this is legitimate some information would be professional.

I have a withdrawl from my checking account: Amazon Digital Svcs AMZN.COM/bill WA $8.80 dated December 30th, 2015 Nothing shows on my account under any orders, digital or otherwise. Because it's not showing Amazon can't refund. So I'm calling my bank as an unauthorized charge.

I paid for 1 day delivery as advertised. tracking showed that the goods arrived in Seattle at 3:50Am 12/24/2012 and subsequently at the Bothell distribytion hub at 7:18 AM that same day. telecon with FED EX told me that they showed a weather delay, while it was raining here that day I live probaly no more than 15 miles or so from Bothell and there should have been no problem. If I acept deliverey I want a credit for the delayed arrival As these mugs were needed fr Christmas dinner.
