Trial memberships upgrade automatically to the standard monthly membership unless you cancel within the trial period. WHAT IS RECURRING PAYMENT? We operate a repeat billing policy. This means that once your initial membership period has expired, for your convenience, your membership will automatically be renewed at the same rate that you signed up for. That means even if our prices rise, your renewal costs are fixed at your signup price. The three-day trial membership plan will automatically convert to our monthly package after the end of your three-day trial period, if you don't cancel your membership before this. To cancel your subscription to ALCUDA ltd you should click on the "Cancel Subscription" button (that is visible only if your current repeat billing hasn't been cancelled yet) in your Search Result. To cancel your subscription on the original site: Click on the "My Account" link in the top menu. Click on the "Billing History" link. You must go through the cancellation procedure (enter your password, choose a reason for cancellation). During this procedure you will have an opportunity to check if your email address is correct so that you can successfully receive a cancellation code (sent within an hour) and stop your repeat billing. To complete the subscription cancellation process, you must return to the cancellation page and enter the cancellation code that you received in your email.. NOTE: Please do not press the "cancel repeat" button more than once, as the cancellation code you have received will then be invalid and you will have to wait for another code. HOW DO I KNOW MY MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED? Upon cancelation, there will be no further charges to your account. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address on your account at the time of cancelation. Upon expiration, your membership will revert to Free status and you can upgrade at any time.

This company have taken to separate amount of money out of my account, first was £9.90 GBP and the second was £39.99 GBP! I've never signed up to them in my life!

I attempted to contact AlcudaBill.info at 800-935-0519 . I spoke with a customer service representative in regards to their unresolved consumer complaints. I was told in order to move forward with their refund process, they would need additional information from the consumer. I was unable to determine their interest in resolution at this time.

I too have had two charges this month from this same company. I contacted them and they said I would get a refund which I highly doubt will ever happen. Seems there are more complaints than people even enjoying the services. Their sites are a scam, and so is the company. How can we all find a way to shut them down? Paul
