I do not know what the AGI is and I did not authorized it my banking account is negative because of AGI

'Received an unauthorized charge on my bank account possibly from renter's insurance from previous address. I've moved to another city and they were informed when I moved a year ago.

I WAS CHARGED ON MY GAP VISA CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE CHARGE IS FOR !!!!

I contacted you and canceled this subscription but yet you keep taking this from my account. Since I canceled this I do not leave the fee in the bank for it and I not only; have to pay another month that was not to be taken but it cost me $34 overdraft fee every month which I think you should have to me for.

I'm assuming this is a renters insurance - but I haven't rented in over a year. Rip off artists automatically deduct without you knowing it whether you rent or not.

I used to be on Traveler's Renters Insurance through Geico. Then they switched to Assurant, who defaults to auto-withdrawal. I believe that that's what this is.
