I just noticed AGI BESTBUY .CA on my visa for $22.39 . I never authorized this and I want my money returned. I will be taking this up with my bank as well as the police!

This has been showing up and I never noticed for about 6 months. I called Best Buy and they said I signed up through a "verbal agreement" WTF is that even? they cancelled I told them I wanted a refund and he told me I had to go to the store to get it. I live 3.5 hours away from the store I got the phone at. I said I wanted to speak to a manager/supervisor and he said 3-5 days to get a call back. After much back and forth (never been angrier) I hung up. Have never ever done that.

I'm sending this information to you to report best buy taking out a charge out of my bank account that WAS NOT, I REPEAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED to be taken. This was done August 25 2023 I will be going to my bank and reporting this to them today August 25 2023. This is unlawful you took the money no matter the amount.

I am one of the unfortunate victims who has been charged for a couple of years for Geek squad protection. If I remember correctly I paid for a full year protection when I bought my laptop but not for any more after a year. I went into the store to cancel this charge and they wouldn't take care of it. Of course you get frustrated and go home and put the incident on the shelf until a few months go by and then you are off to the races again. I am stating CANCEL THIS CHARGE OF $21.69. I think you have enough of my money now. and I suggest that if you are accepting paperwork from a store, that store should be able to cancel as well.

I also found this charge on my bank account, and it turned out it was from Geek Squad Protection Plan. I remember giving consent to paying for a month and checking that it is not a recurring charge. I called 1-800-433-5778 and asked for a cancellation and refund. The agent said it is written on my receipt that this is a recurring charge, and I gave a consent by paying for this plan. When I talked to the sales, I did check if I will be charged recurringly and I remember him saying no. (Otherwise, I wouldn't buy it in the first place) On my receipt, there was a bunch of abbreviations that I have no idea of, but apparently, "3Y" means it lasts 3 years and "MP" stands for "Monthly Payments". Fortunately it was only 4 months, and they gave me a refund for this month, so I agreed.

Je viens de remarquer un prélèvement de AGI*BESTBUY.CA de 239,99$ sur ma carte de crédit. C'est inadmissible, c'est un système de vol de la clientèle par Best buy car je n'avais et ne pouvais consentir à un tel plan de ma vie. Il y a un an que j'avais payé un tv avec eux et personne ne m'a dit que j'aurai à payer de façon récurrente une telle somme qui n'a aucun sens. Ils vont me rembourser jusqu'au dernier dollar. C'est quoi ce système de vol de la clientèle? D'ailleurs je ne vais plus jamais acheté à Bestbuy. Seconde je vais leur demander, après m'avoir remboursé, d'effacer ma carte de leur système une fois pour toute, car ils n'avaient pas le droit de garder ma carte puisque je n'avais payé à crédit chez eux, ma TV avait été payé cash.

I had the same thing, its going back 15 months for me. I tracked it down and apparently I was signed up for Best Buy's Geek Squad protection without my knowledge or consent. Bunch of crooks.

AGI*BESTBUY.CA/ _V appears on my banking records as a debit card transaction , but not every month. I do not have geek service. I also can not see it listed under pre-authorized purchases. it is an error and an overcharge.
