I have been charged 99 dollars a month for a magazine I am not subscribed I want to cancel or unsubscribe as soon as posible and get a refund

I have a recurring charge on my American Express Credit Card that I have not authorized...AEPC Member Services has been charging my bill for months. On my statement it is listed as doing business as T+L Family Club.. I have no idea what or who this is!...I called several weeks ago due to charges that I didn't authorize and told them to cancel them all and in the future to contact me verbally before adding anything else to my account.

I was doing my year-end accounting and discovered THREE charges from AEPC Member Services which I did not authorize, and did not want. Unfortunately, they were made in March and April of this year, and I just found them this week...
3/20/12 - AEPC T&L Elite Traveler $107.70
4/17/12 - AEPC F&W Connoisseur Club $86.15
4/20/12 - AEPC Exec Privilege Club $107.70
