I had only expected a one time donation to act blue of $10. 00. But it seems they have been taking this amount out every month from my account. I need for you to stop this immediately, I'm on a fixed income of SSecurity and every penny matters to me.....

I noticed that DONATETODEMS had been charging my credit card multiple times, sometimes twice in a day or succeeding days, and that is not what I do. Don't know how to tell Act Blue to NOT accept any more charges from that site. If my only solution is the shut off my account, then the good folks I want to support are going to be cheated out of what I would willingly give. Do you know of a fraud line at Act Blue that I can appeal to and prevent any further fraud?

I have no idea why this is being taken out of my checking account every month. Plus, the description is vague so I don't know how to stop this.

I have contributed to ActBlue in the past but I NEVER set up recurring donations with any organization. I was surprised to see a receipt from ActBlue in my inbox and discovered they had set up 12 recurring (I believe that is the legal max that can be set up) payments. Seeing this has happened to others makes me very angry. I will never contribute to this organization again

On 10/18/16 I made a one time $50 donation and I did not check the monthly recurring charge box. My credit card bill shows that $50 has been charged to my account weekly for three weeks. I did not authorize these additional charges.

Act Blue has in the past added unauthorized "tip". This last time I was going to contribute I changed my mind and DID NOT enter "submit", and just closed the webpage. Act Blue charged me anyway, and added a tip! I emailed both Act Blue and the candidates campaign headquarters and complained, but the charge went through anyway. It is now in dispute with my credit card company.

$500.00 unauthorized charge on my CC to Bernie campaign. Mad as hell, no one answers the phone when you call they just say leave a message! Terrible. I am filing a dispute with my CC company.

ActBlue made unauthorized charges to my credit card. I reported it to the Feds and to my credit card company to stop them. Unbelievable. The Dems need friends, not enemies! I'm furious.
