On the other websites, I see reviews from 2012. It's 2015 now and I am shocked to see that the same company is still in business doing scams. The same happened with me. They said it's only the shipping that I need to pay and it's a free trial. Later, after over a month, they charged me $79.95 They also tried to sell me a bunch of other products and wanted my credit card number to confirm but I never gave them that again. Still, I am losing my money and this fraud company is still in business even after YEARS OF DOING SCAMS. The credit card companies are of no help either. They'll initially refund if you dispute but later will charge back saying they received some documents from Keranique. I haven't seen those documents yet but I am really shocked at this. I never authorized this. This is the biggest fraud/scam running for Years now.

I as the rest ordered a FREE sample. To pay shipping only. I Got a Bill for over $100.

This is the biggest fraud I have ever seen. It cost $7.95 to get the "free" products then it cost you $13.50 to return the products. I returned the first product they still charge my credit card, and still they send me another package. When I call them, said that because they did not have registration about my cancelation but they receive it .They then keep charging my credit card $79.99 for something and I am scared they are going to keep charging so I am reporting them as fraudulent charges to remedy the problem. I called and left a message with them but they really don't care. I did talk with many people but they do not fix my problem.

I'VE ALSO NOTICED REGULAR UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS TAKEN BY ACM KERANIQUE FROM MY ACCOUNT. I'VE CONTACTED MY BANK TO REPORT IT AS FRAUDULENT AS I ONLY ORDERED THEIR FREE TRIAL PRODUCT ONCE AND WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ONLY

this start with a free trail offer. i just agree to try the product before to see if this product will be good to my needs and i authorized them to be paid with my debt visa the $ 3.95 for ship , but they have been taking$ 79.95 (unauthorized) every month since 9/9/12. i need to stop them to taking money from my account an send me back what they took .

This was a sample order for about $3.95. At no time did I agree to any further charges.
I received a box full of products. I have not used any of them. I can return them intact. My account has been charged with $79.95. It has been taken out of the account which charged me the $3.95

Now I find another charge on June 2 that I have not received and will return if

I paid for a "30 day free trial" for $59 in June. In less than 30 days, my account was charged twice on the same day, July 5, once for $59 and once for $41. I called, and after almost a 1 hr. and 45 min wait, I let them have it. They tried their best to bully me. In the end, they agreed to refund everything. To my horror, I checked my account an hour ago, and they had charged an addition $18. I then called my bank and agreed to let them handle it from here. I don't know how these companies get away with this.

When I asked to have this product sent to me , it was under the assumption that it was a trial offer that I could continue to receive if the product was to my liking. After discussion with my doctor, who advised me not to use it, I called annd was given advice on how to return the product., This was done -at significant cost to me -and now I see on my VISA bill that your company has charged me for the product. I want this charge reversed on my VISA immediately and my name removed from any product lists. I do not want any more of your products and I demand a refund!

I never received your product, when ups sent me a notice, I told them to return to sender. I am in a wheel chair and can not get to the post office and they wouldn't deliver it. I want my account credited and please do it now

I have been charged $7.95 on 11/15/2012 and another charge appeared on 11/21/2012 for $79.95. I ONLY wanted to sample the product and I called and cancelled the order when my credit card bill came in. However, the $79.85 charge still remains on my bill. Can you please check and make sure that I am taken off the mailing list and that my account has been cleared up.

I sent for their sample and they started charging me for the product. I sent the product back as soon as I saw they were going to start charging me and they sent me a double amount with two separate billings. All product has been sent back and I want the charge off my account. The charge is showing as pending so I cannot fill in the date of purchase.
