A sweepstakes contacted stating i won all these things magazines discounts etc next thing i know I'm getting charged for a bunch of products that were trial based or i was getting samples for but i see no samples and a bunch of charges. I want this removed and cancelled immediately.

I would like to return the product. I did not want to keep receiving it and I cancelled it but i was charged anyway.

I agreed to the postage of $1.99 for a free sample of ACM*Hydroxatone. I never received any sample. Now they are charging me $69.95 and I have not ordered nor received any product from them. Please help me get reimbursed for the entire charges along with removing me from any subscription that they may have placed me on.

Since late April that I bought to try your products on line for approximately 1.99 and since I have been charged 5 times with varying amounts of $74 to $76. I want a refund and I am reporting you!!!!

it has just come to my attention that my visa statement show that you have been taking out 73.78 for quite a few months and ive only received the product once and that was a long time ago. I need to be refunded those months and have you stop taking out money. Below it asks for the date and amount but there is more than one I will put the most recent

You are charging my credit card illegally. I paid for a "freed trial" 1.99 and now you are charging 73.95 AUD. refund the money immediately.

I received not only 1, but 2, Hydroxatone products in the mail and promptly returned both (even after I had told them I didn't want any products with the first I mailed back), but continue to be charged - today's bill showed $7.95 was charged on 5/17 and $69.95. I also called them and told them I was cancelling any and all products and had returned them.

I ordered a sample from ACM*Luminique and have found that I am been charged $69.95 a month for this product.. I never gave permission for this amount plus another $7.95 from another free sample to be taken from my account.. I want this matter solved and will seek legal advice to retrieve the monies stolen... This has been going on for months without my knowledge

I did not authorise you to charge my account I only authorise the 1.99. You took money out of my account without my knowledge and when I went to use my account at the supermarket I was highly embarrassed when my card was decline. I would like my money back immediately. False advertising is highly illegal where I come from. Shame on your company for taking advantage of so many people.!

I was not satisfied with their free product. I returned two jar and one box of small tubes except the three that I tried and found that this product is not for me. I did not expect to be charged $69.95. Please return that amount to my account with %#rd Bank.

I did not authorise any billing on my debit card so I an requesting that the money be deposited back into my back as soon as possible as that's all the money I have to put food on the table for my kids. and I did not authorise any subscription at all .

I returned the free item a year ago.
I do not receive anything. I want the monthly bill on my credit card Stopped immediately. 6.95 May 1 and 69.95 May 7. I live in Ireland and receive nothing form this company. Please stop these charges immediately.
