I have been wondering what this fee is for since they charge us monthly. At first I thought it was for paper statement so I signed up for paperless, but my fee didn't go away. I want to know what this fee represents since I didn't agree to this.

I've been paying this fee for years. Made up my mind last year to discontinue use of the card and get it paid off. What triggered my investigation is that as my bill is going down, some months I'm paying more for this fee! I started investigating what the heck this fee is for and I come across several complaints of people supposedly signing up for some insurance that they had no idea they signed up for. Include me in the number!!! I did not nor would I sign up for such a scam at $39 a month!!! Is there anyway to stop it!!

I kinda notice on my Kohl's Account a monthly charge of $9.52. I have been wonder but so busy just call and find out today. I got something charge and not being aware of for the past four years...WTH right? but guess what as of right now I am on disability and this Premium Ease Program help me cease my balance on Kohl card. Again, I still disagreed how they un-authourized and charge my Kohl card. It's very ridiculous. :(

Can you tell me how it helped you and what kind of disability you were on. did they pay your balance off in full?

Wow... Just saw a $3.47 charge on my statement and called and found out about this sleazy program that I have been enrolled in since 2011. They don't know how I was enrolled and I shared that I simply used my ss# at checkout since my card went dormant from non usage. I was handed the application after my checkout was complete. Their department said they no longer offer this program and that over 10 months I paid $39+ in fees....yet I rarely carry a balance. I was polite and asked when I could expect the credit on my account and was told Kohls would do a 30 day investigation and that I would receive a letter explaining this and would receive full credit. I expect Kolhls will do as they say as they are a superior retailer. I will monitor this and if I am not satisfied I will pursue an assault with the FCC. Kerrt

Did not sign up for "account ease premium" on my kohl's charge card. If I checked some box on application, I was completely unaware. I am furious---I have been charged an extra $8-$25 month for over a year.

They charge this fee, 1.6% of your balance regardless if you elect for the service or not. Even when you call, complain & get refunds of the fees. THey show back up if your account goes inactive then active again...total rip...
