This charge showed up on my account without my authorization. I cannot find any backup documentation regarding this charge.

I found an unauthorized charge for $215.83 on my CC. Luckily, my CC company is on top of it and in the process of getting it reversed. I did call AE and spoke with their customer support who weren't very helpful. Even though the order number showed up on the transaction, the support person wasn't interested in running it down. They just wanted me to go through my CC company to take care of the problem. Don't waste your time with them. The best way is to fill out a dispute with your CC company so they can get the ball rolling immediately. Other wise you take the chance of nothing being done at all and getting stuck with the charges.

I am highly concerned and Pissed off right now. I have never bought anything from American Eaglet nor have I ever been in their store. Now there is a charge of $109.02 on my bank account with no trace as to where or what it is for. I did not authorize this and I will be pursuing legal action. I have already been a victim of fraud once and I refuse to be one again.
