When googled, I found out it's connected to Cooks' Magazine... which I subscribe to, and provide gift subscriptions for my kids, but this is not that... I cannot find anything online on their web site that connects to the amount charged! An Unauthorized transaction and I contacted them and said I would report them to my bank if they do not reverse this!
